Podcast Planet: bringing your story to the airwaves
Learn to create and build your own podcast! With 35 years’ experience in radio journalism and podcasting, Bob Keating will help you come up with a podcast concept, write, and record a show. All you need is a cell phone, laptop, and podcast idea you want to bring to a larger audience. Workshop participants will fall into two categories: Producers or Hosts (if the student group is smaller these categories will merge). Over the course of two sessions, these two-person teams will create their own podcast pilot, learn how to launch it, and come away with an audio template to carry on with their idea.
The deadline for registration is early: participants should register not later than June 16 to receive the advance information package (earlier is better)! Please contact us if you wish to register after June 16.
